Job Description Our client, a leader in the FMCG, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Executive to oversee and optimise all stores operations and inventory control activities, ensuring uninterrupted support to production and efficient material management. Key Responsibilities Manage daily store operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch, while ensuring all stock movements are accurately recorded in the ERP/MRP system (GRNs, stock counts, batch tracking, etc.). Plan and control raw and packaging material requirements to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste. Monitor material usage, shelf-life, returns, and write-offs to support accurate inventory reporting. Ensure full compliance with company procedures, Health & Safety standards, and general housekeeping requirements. Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Finance, Purchasing, and external suppliers to guarantee smooth operations. Lead, coach, and develop stores staff by assigning tasks, managing performance, promoting multi-skilling, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Act as supervisor in the absence of the Stores/Procurement Manager, reporting stock risks and operational issues to management as needed. Requirements A relevant qualification at MQF Level 5/6 in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field. Proven experience in inventory or stores management.
