One of our clients in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) is currently looking for someone to join their manufacturing / operations department as a Machine Technician and Setter. If this interests you, please find the job description below: Duties and Responsibilities are but not limited to: Responsible for the precise setup, routine maintenance, and calibration of manufacturing equipment to ensure full alignment with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical faults promptly to minimize production downtime. Execute scheduled preventive maintenance programs to ensure long-term equipment reliability. Ensure all technical tasks are performed in strict accordance with established health and safety protocols. Maintain comprehensive documentation regarding technical interventions, safety checks, and workplace housekeeping. Close collaboration with the Maintenance Administrator and the wider production team to facilitate seamless daily operations. Assist in the design, procurement, and commissioning of new manufacturing technologies. Requirements Ability to analyze complex technical issues and implement sustainable solutions.
