Job Description Our client is currently looking for an experienced Accounting Team Lead to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accounting professional who enjoys leading teams, managing client relationships and delivering high-quality accounting services across a varied client portfolio. Location: On-site - Mosta Responsibilities: As an Accounting Team Lead, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Support the Accounting Leader in managing a portfolio of clients across different industries Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients Act as a main point of contact for client queries and provide responsive support Supervise, coach and support team members Review management accounts, audit working files, VAT returns and payroll runs Plan and prioritise client work while delegating tasks effectively across the team Promote collaboration, communication and teamwork within the department Requirements: Fully qualified accountant Minimum of 3 years' local experience in a similar role Strong understanding of local VAT and payroll legislation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to build strong client and internal relationships Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office tools Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively What's in it for you?
