We are looking for a experienced candidates fill the position of Technical Support. The selected candidate will engage with clients, assess their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations. Responsibilities Engage with clients in the showroom to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, offering tailored solutions. Conduct site visits prior to the commencement of works. Schedule installations for workers and subcontractors. Coordinate material delivery and lifting logistics. Oversee the commissioning of systems. Perform routine site visits to inspect work carried out by installers and subcontractors. Liaise with the stores department to prepare materials for installation. Organize and schedule maintenance call-outs. Prepare accurate quotations to convert inquiries into successful sales. Maintain exceptional service to ensure a positive customer experience.
