Job Description : Malta offers a vibrant culinary scene catering to both locals and tourists. Skilled chefs are currently in demand across various levels, from Commis Chef and Chef de Partie to Sous Chef and Executive Chef. Successful candidates will join dynamic kitchen teams responsible for food preparation, cooking, plating, menu collaboration, and maintaining high hygiene standards. Opportunities are available in a variety of cuisines, with a strong focus on Mediterranean, grill, and pizza. Though establishments representing global culinary styles are also hiring. Key Responsibilities: Prepare ingredients and cook meals according to menu and quality standards. Assist in menu development and contribute creative ideas where applicable. Plate dishes professionally and consistently. Follow food safety and hygiene regulations. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and workflow. Requirements Intermediate English proficiency (minimum B1 level). Previous kitchen experience is highly valued and often prioritized. Relevant culinary qualifications or strong interest in food preparation. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. Skills Pass (obtainable abroad or in Malta). Food Handling Certificate (to be obtained in Malta).
