Position Overview: As an Insurance Broker you will form part of a team of industry professionals to assist customers in the placement and maintenance of their insurance needs. Responsibilities: Build and maintain ongoing relationships with clients, understanding their insurance requirements, and offering suitable solutions. Gather necessary information from clients to assess their insurance needs and present appropriate options. Ensure clients understand the terms and coverage of their policies in accordance with industry regulations. Process renewals and amendments to existing policies efficiently and accurately. Handle administrative tasks including paperwork, correspondence, and maintaining detailed records. Requirements Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to build and maintain trustworthy relationships with clients. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation. Preferably, a minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry. Fluency in both Maltese and English languages is required.
