As the Senior IT Administrator, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and robust security. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, end-users, and external vendors to deliver reliable, high-performing systems that support the company’s mission. You will: Administer and support Windows-based systems, including Intune, Purview, Azure, SharePoint, and Sentinel, ensuring optimal performance and security. Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain network infrastructure, implementing security measures to safeguard against threats. Provide first-line technical support, resolving hardware and software issues while delivering exceptional end-user assistance. Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT administration or technical support roles. Strong expertise in Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022) and Microsoft services (Intune, Purview, Azure, SharePoint, Sentinel). Solid understanding of networking protocols, firewalls, and security best practices.
