Freelance Recruiter Join a reputable and fast-growing property team as a Freelance Recruiter, helping us attract and identify top talent across lettings, sales, administration, and management roles. This is a flexible, performance-based opportunity ideal for someone with strong networking and people skills who enjoys connecting the right candidates with the right opportunities. The Role As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting suitable candidates for various property-related vacancies. You will work independently while collaborating closely with management to understand hiring needs and team culture. Your responsibilities will include: Sourcing candidates through social media, job platforms, and personal networks Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate interviews Presenting shortlisted candidates to management Writing and posting job advertisements where required Building a pipeline of potential candidates for future vacancies Maintaining communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process Understanding the company culture and role requirements to ensure the right fit What We’re Looking For Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, or a people-focused role (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident screening and interviewing ability Self-motivated and able to work independently Organised and proactive approach Ability to identify driven, high-potential candidates Familiarity with the property sector is an asset but not required Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset What We Offer Flexible freelance arrangement Performance-based compensation per successful placement Ongoing collaboration with a growing property business Opportunity to recruit across multiple departments Long-term partnership potential If you are well-connected, organised, and enjoy identifying talent, we would love to hear from you.
