IT Support Level 2 Opportunity – Based in Malta We’re looking for an IT Support L2 professional ready to step up as the escalation point for complex technical issues and business-critical systems. You’ll be hands-on with advanced troubleshooting across infrastructure, applications, and ERP systems, while proactively monitoring and maintaining systems ️ This role offers real autonomy, ownership, and the chance to contribute to process improvements and high-quality technical documentation The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ IT support experience, with strong knowledge of networking, servers, and application support Relevant certifications such as ITIL or CompTIA are a bonus, but strong hands-on problem-solving is what really counts Interested in a confidential chat?
