MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and develop the Corporate Services team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Manage a portfolio of high-value corporate clients, ensuring exceptional client care and technical quality. Oversee corporate compliance, M&A support, restructuring, and advisory projects. Maintain insight into industry trends and developments, ensuring the department remains responsive and relevant in a competitive market Define and monitor KPIs and departmental goals, while supporting the ongoing development of team members at all level. Drive efficiency and innovation in processes and digital transformation initiatives. Work closely with partners on strategic planning, business development, and brand positioning. Provide technical guidance on complex corporate accounting and reporting issues. CANDIDATE PROFILE University degree in Accountancy / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with at least 5 years post-qualification experience and 3 years experience in Senior management. Strong track record in corporate client management within practice. Commercially astute leader with experience mentoring and developing teams. Excellent technical knowledge of accounting standards, company law, and corporate finance principles. Confident communicator able to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
