Job Description

A Recruitment Executive/Consultant is responsible for managing the full 360° recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, managing client relationships, and delivering effective hiring solutions. This role involves a combination of business development, client account management, and talent acquisition across various industries. The ideal candidate will also contribute to recruitment strategy, reporting, and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for direct hire roles. Develop and maintain a portfolio of existing clients while identifying and converting new business opportunities. Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates to meet client requirements. Provide a consultative approach to clients on talent strategy and recruitment best practices. Monitor and apply HR and recruitment compliance standards. Prepare and present regular reports and recruitment analytics. Represent the company professionally in both local and international markets. Requirements Upper-intermediate English proficiency (minimum B2 level). Degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field preferred. 1-2 years of experience in Malta in recruitment or a similar talent acquisition role, preferably in a recruitment agency. Strong interpersonal skills, business development mindset, and attention to detail. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
