Availability Contract We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established lift certification services company in Malta, and this is a great opportunity for a motivated engineer who enjoys a mix of fieldwork, technical responsibility, and client interaction. The Role As an Inspection Engineer, you'll be responsible for carrying out inspections and certifications of lifts and related equipment across Malta. You'll play a key role in ensuring safety compliance while also acting as a trusted point of contact for clients. Key Responsibilities Conduct inspections and assessments of lifts and lifting equipment across the island Ensure compliance with local regulations and certification standards Prepare accurate inspection reports and technical documentation Manage client relationships, providing clear guidance and professional service Coordinate with internal teams and clients to schedule inspections efficiently Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Holds a valid driving licence (essential) Warranted Engineer in Malta or eligible to obtain an engineering warrant locally Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Candidates should be 35 years old or younger For EU Resident Candidates Applicants from EU countries must be eligible to obtain an engineering warrant and legally work in Malta.
