We're currently looking for a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer to join a reputable firm with international exposure in Malta. As a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer, you will be actively involved in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and various other corporate finance transactions. You will provide strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring compliance with current laws and regulations, and assist in the resolution of any legal disputes. Additionally, you will participate in client meetings and work closely with senior lawyers to develop legal strategies that align with client goals. The right candidate must have at least 2 years' experience in corporate and commercial law, exceptional proficiency in English, and an eagerness to learn and grow with the company. Interested?
