Our client is looking for a Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and in line with budget and technical requirements.. Responsibilities: Coordinate internal resources, operational divisions, and third parties/suppliers to ensure the proper execution of projects. Define the purpose and objectives of each project, involving all stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Develop detailed project implementation plans and monitor their execution. Supervise all aspects of the project lifecycle. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and record project progress. Manage changes to project scope, work plans, and associated costs. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report issues to management as needed. Perform all tasks related to the assigned role. Ensure that all contracts are delivered on time, within technical limits, and according to the set budget. Provide guidance to the repair team, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficient project delivery. Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Italian is considered an asset. A bachelor’s degree in Naval Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or similar relevant experience, preferably within the marine sector or a related field.
