Job Description Our client, a leading name in the interior design and furniture industry, is currently seeking to recruit a Customer Relations Officer. This role is offered on a roster basis, with working hours between 8am to 7pm, from Monday to Friday, and on alternating Saturdays from 9am to 1pm. Key Responsibilities: Ensuring customers requiring after-sales services are followed-up with and that their needs are addressed as quickly as possible. Keeping clients updated with the process flows of their orders. Assisting in the preparation for the delivery and installation processes. Being responsible for the checking of orders, delivery co-ordination, installations and aftersales flows. Ensuring requests and queries are met and dealt with efficiently. Ideal Candidate Profile: Prior experience in a similar role is considered an asset. Currently living in Malta. Competency in Microsoft Office and computer skills. Fluent in English. Fluency in Maltese is considered an asset. Additional Requirements: Good organizational and time management skills. A client-oriented approach. Excellent telephone manners and a smart appearance.
