MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and manage relationships with clients, brokers, and intermediaries Generate new motor insurance business and meet sales targets Assess and underwrite motor insurance risks in line with company policies Prepare and issue quotations, renewals, and policy documentation Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements Monitor portfolio performance and profitability Provide excellent customer service and handle client queries CANDIDATE PROFILE Experience in insurance sales and/or motor underwriting Knowledge of underwriting principles and risk assessment Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to work to targets and deadlines Familiarity with insurance systems and Microsoft Office Due to the high volume of applications, we receive at GRS Recruitment, only shortlisted candidates will be responded to.
