This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and experienced designer to take the lead on delivering exceptional digital experiences across multiple brands, working closely with stakeholders, developers, and marketing teams. Role responsibilities Lead the web design process from concept to final hand-off, covering wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and visual design. Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences aligned with business goals. Update and enhance existing designs to improve user experience and performance outcomes. Establish and promote design guidelines, style guides, and best practices across projects. Support and mentor junior designers while maintaining a high standard of design quality. Stay current with emerging design tools, trends, and technologies. Requirements Proven experience in Web/UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of digital and website projects. Proficiency in Figma (primary tool) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Strong understanding of responsive design, visual hierarchy, and usability principles. Experience creating and maintaining design systems and structured style guides. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders. Experience leading design initiatives or mentoring designers is a strong advantage.
