Career Growth Well know and fast growing firm Excellent Benefits Commercial Lawyer | Up to €50,000 | Malta We are working with a fast growing B2B gaming and technology business in Malta that is looking to hire a Commercial Lawyer to join its legal team. This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer with at least 2 years experience in commercial contracts to join a dynamic in house environment with strong exposure across the business. Key responsibilities: · Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements including software licences, gaming licence agreements, NDAs, services agreements, novations, terminations and amendments · Managing ongoing contract negotiations with customers and suppliers · Advising on post contractual issues and general contract law matters · Reviewing terms and conditions with third parties · Supporting wider legal projects and business initiatives · Assisting Senior Counsel with day to day legal work · Helping develop templates, processes and internal legal guidance · Delivering legal training to support risk management · Identifying legal risks and supporting practical solutions What we are looking for: · Qualified solicitor or advocate · Minimum 2 years experience in commercial law · Strong drafting and attention to detail · Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment · Proactive, motivated and a strong team player · Experience in gaming, betting or technology is an advantage but not essential Benefits: · Salary up to €50,000 · Life insurance · Critical illness cover · Health insurance · Employee Assistance Programme · Car parking and food allowance (€1,200 each), flexible under policy · Gym membership · Personal pension scheme If you or someone you know maybe interested reach out to Nick on Nick.Nikitin@boston-link.com or on +356 9999 9726 Boston Link
