Job Description Our client is a leading Maltese transport and logistics company offering freight, warehousing, and transport solutions. They are seeking an Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function and support the organisation's ongoing growth and operational success. Key Responsibilities: Managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and offboarding. Leading day-to-day HR operations and ensuring the effective administration of all HR processes. Developing, implementing, and reviewing HR policies and procedures in line with employment legislation and industry best practices. Partnering with management to develop and deliver HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Acting as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to both management and employees. Coordinating training, learning and development initiatives, and employee engagement programmes. Managing Third Country National (TCN), Single Permit, and work permit applications while ensuring compliance with all related employment regulations. Ensuring compliance with Maltese employment law and maintaining accurate HR documentation and records. Leading and mentoring the HR team while continuously improving internal HR processes and practices. Ideal Candidate Profile: A Degree in Human Resources Management. Proven experience as an HR Manager in a large company and preferably having a minimum of five years' experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels. Fluency in both Maltese and English, written and spoken. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. High levels of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail when handling confidential information. Additional Requirements: Strong leadership and people management skills.
