Job Description : Our Client is looking for an experienced and results-driven Customer Relations Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience by maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating service processes, and ensuring that customer requests are handled efficiently and professionally. The Customer Relations Officer is responsible for supporting customers throughout their interaction with the company, from service delivery to after-sales support. The role involves coordinating customer requests, liaising with internal departments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that service standards are consistently met. Key Responsibilities The wellbeing of the clients in making sure that their experience at the company will continue to be dealt with professionally, Keeping the client updated with the process flow of their order. Assisting in preparation for the delivery and installation process Following and handling queries. Ensuring that customers requiring after-sales service are followed up and that their needs are addressed as quickly as possible Requirements Good organizational skills, time management, client-oriented approach and efficiency Excellent telephone manners and a smart appearance. Competent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Fluent in English and possibly Maltese. Committed and reliable person with a flexible work approach.
