About the Role Our client, a Mediterranean cuisine restaurant located in St Julian's, is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join its team. The selected candidate will support the day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth coordination between front and back-of-house teams, and high operational standards at all times. Assist with staff scheduling, training, and onboarding. Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient communication and service. Support stock control and operational procedures where required. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and HACCP standards. Assist management in achieving operational and service targets. Requirements: Candidates must be residing in Malta or hold a valid EU residence permit. Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or restaurant operations is required. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Fluent English is required; additional languages will be considered an asset. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
