Fast-paced and dynamic iGaming environment Opportunity to work with leading iGaming operators and products Opportunity to develop expertise in technical operations Boston Link is currently supporting a leading iGaming company in their search for a Commercial Technical Manager to join their growing team in Malta. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded and commercially aware professional to play a key role in client onboarding, game launches, and product delivery. The successful candidate will act as the link between Commercial, Integration, QA, Product, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution and ongoing optimisation across the platform. Role Responsibilities Manage client onboarding, configuration, and technical delivery processes Coordinate game launches and ensure successful go-live execution Act as the primary liaison between Commercial, Integration, QA, Product, and Marketing teams Maintain and update back-office configurations and client settings Prepare and distribute roadmap and launch-related documentation Ensure all game assets and product materials are delivered on time Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and revenue generation Support and oversee day-to-day operations of the Slot Support team Requirements Experience within iGaming operations, technical account management, product delivery, or a similar role Strong understanding of back-office systems, game configuration, and platform integrations Experience coordinating game launches and client onboarding activities Ability to work effectively across Commercial, Technical, QA, and Product teams Strong project management, organisational, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Benefits Company laptop provided Mobile connection covered by the company Opportunity to work within a fast-growing and innovative iGaming environment Exposure to international clients, products, and commercial operations Interested in learning more?
