Job Responsibilities and Duties Manage advisory, regulatory, and transactional matters from inception through to completion, ensuring a high standard of legal service delivery; Provide legal advice and support to clients operating across a range of industries, including iGaming, technology, automotive, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, media, and other regulated sectors; Take ownership of complex legal matters and provide commercially focused solutions to clients; Develop and strengthen expertise within one or more specialist areas, including data protection, intellectual property, gaming regulation, artificial intelligence, EU digital regulation, technology law, or related fields; Support the development of the department through knowledge sharing, process improvements, and the effective use of legal technology; Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to their professional development and growth; Contribute to publications, legal articles, industry guides, speaking engagements, and other business development initiatives; Keep abreast of legal, regulatory, and technological developments relevant to the department and its clients. Experience Fully warranted lawyer; Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience within TMT, Intellectual Property, or a related legal practice area; Demonstrable expertise in one or more of the department's core areas of practice; An LL.M. or other relevant specialist qualification will be considered an asset. Personal Skills Ability to work independently and manage complex matters with minimal supervision; Strong commercial awareness and sound professional judgement; Results-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively under pressure; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Strong interest in legal, regulatory, and technological developments; Commitment to continuous professional development and profile building within the industry.
