BettingJobs is looking to hire a HR Manager for a well-established international gaming and entertainment group with a growing Malta operation. This is a standalone, hands-on HR role where you will act as the trusted partner to local leadership throughout the full employee lifecycle, backed by a broader global P&C function. Responsibilities: Partner with local leaders on people strategy, workforce planning and organisational design Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, probation, performance, development and offboarding Advise managers on employee relations matters and ensure compliance with Maltese employment law Support recruitment activity in partnership with the talent acquisition team Drive engagement, wellbeing and culture initiatives across the Malta site Maintain accurate HR data and support payroll and benefits administration Requirements: Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist role Strong working knowledge of Maltese employment law and HR practice Currently based in Malta and eligible to work there Excellent stakeholder management and coaching skills Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, multi-site environment Fluent English, written and spoken Bonus: Experience within gaming, hospitality or entertainment Exposure to multi-jurisdictional or matrixed P&C teams CIPD or equivalent HR qualification BettingJobs
