About the Role We're seeking an experienced Head of Payments to own the end-to-end payments strategy across our casino and sportsbook verticals, operating in grey and emerging markets. You'll balance conversion, cost, and risk while navigating a complex, fast-moving PSP and banking landscape. Key Responsibilities Own the global payments roadmap across deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliation Source, onboard, and manage relationships with PSPs, acquirers, and crypto on/off-ramps suited to high-risk/grey-market jurisdictions Monitor and mitigate chargeback, fraud, and AML exposure in partnership with Risk/Compliance Maintain contingency plans for PSP churn, account freezes, and banking disruption common in unregulated/semi-regulated markets Collaborate with Product/Engineering to improve cashier UX and reduce payment friction Track regulatory shifts Payments P&L: processing costs, FX exposure, settlement timing Requirements 5+ years in payments leadership within iGaming Deep knowledge of PSP ecosystems serving grey markets Knowledge of crypto payments Experience managing chargeback/fraud Comfortable operating without stable long-term banking partners; skilled at diversification and rapid PSP replacement Familiarity with Curaçao, Anjouan, or similar licensing frameworks BettingJobs
