Your Responsibilities: Lead and Mentor DevOps Talent: Direct, inspire and shape a high-performing team of DevOps engineers to ensure absolute alignment with strategic goals. Participate in Strategic Technical Decisions: Influence architecture design, drive process improvements and spearhead technical innovation. Architect Infrastructure as Code & Cloud Deployments: Leverage multi-cloud environments to build scalable, resilient deployment frameworks. Construct Advanced CI/CD Pipelines: Build and automate seamless continuous integration and delivery systems to accelerate deployment speed. Drive Systems Stability & High Availability: Collaborate directly with software development teams to guarantee operational uptime, reliability and peak performance. Maintain and Fortify Infrastructure: Continuously optimize, secure and scale existing core infrastructure platforms. The Marks of Mastery (Your Experience & Qualifications) Service Mesh Solutions: Practical experience with modern service discovery and service mesh tools (e.g., Consul). CI/CD Pipeline Mastery: Applied expertise in designing and optimizing continuous integration and delivery workflows. Monitoring & Observability: Hands-on experience with enterprise monitoring, logging and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack). Message Broker Architectures: Working knowledge of high-throughput message queuing technologies (e.g., Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ). Database Management & Performance Tuning: Expertise in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Redis, including high-availability replication, backup strategies and query optimization. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Demonstrated skill using modern automation and provisioning tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm). Cloud Infrastructure Expertise: Proven hands-on experience managing major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Container Orchestration: Advanced experience deploying and managing Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters. Linguistic Precision: Fluency in Russian to collaborate seamlessly across core engineering teams.
