Description: Hammett’s Collection is seeking a dynamic, organised, and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. Famed for being the first to introduce multi-cuisine influences to a sharing plates concept, the franchise is renowned for its excellence in social dining experiences and impeccable service. Key Responsibilities: Support the Restaurant Manager in training, supervising, counselling and disciplining front-of-house staff. Oversee daily service operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to brand standards Ensuring that checklists, requisitions and proper opening and closing functions are being completed each shift. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear direction to the staff. Observe performance and encourage improvement where necessary. Arrange and conduct pre-shift and departmental meetings communicating pertinent information to the staff, such as house count and menu changes. Communicate with guests and employees using a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to and understand requests, respond with appropriate actions and provide accurate information. Give guidance toward improvement and make necessary adjustments for consistency. Maintain cleanliness of all outlets daily. Solicit feedback from guests concerning the service and food and beverage offerings in the restaurant. Work closely with the Restaurant Manager in monthly beverage inventory. Ensure all daily and monthly reports are detailed and submitted in a timely manner. Key requirements: Food handling card. Excellent communication skills, and proficiency in English language. 2 years of experience. Understanding of catering establishments. Ability to work on your own initiative.
