Job Description Company Introduction Our client is a development company. Job Responsibilities and Duties Prepare architectural and structural drawings in accordance with project requirements and applicable regulations; Develop and review architectural designs from concept through to completion; Prepare and submit applications to the relevant authorities, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant; Conduct regular site visits to inspect works and monitor progress; Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities throughout the various stages of a project; Ensure architectural designs comply with relevant building regulations, standards, and project specifications; Maintain accurate technical documentation and project records; Perform other related duties as required. Experience Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; Must be a Warranted Architect in Malta; Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an architectural role; Proficiency in AutoCAD and CAD software; Good understanding of local building regulations, standards, and authority requirements; Valid Category B driving licence. Personal Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team; Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities; High level of attention to detail and accuracy; Professional, proactive, and reliable approach to work.
