Job Description

We're currently working on an interesting Graduate Lawyer position with a leading accountancy firm in Malta. As a Graduate Lawyer, you would primarily handle the drafting, reviewing, and approving of legal documents to ensure compliance with statutory requirements. You will also provide general legal advice across multiple areas such as corporate law, commercial transactions, employment issues, and intellectual property. Additionally, the role involves leading projects, advising management on legal matters, negotiating contracts, and supporting the broader legal team including supervising junior lawyers. The ideal candidate must have a warrant to practice under Maltese law, at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, and experience in Fintech, Financial Services, Maritime, and Aviation would be considered an asset.
