Are you a commercially minded professional with experience in business development, client relationship management, and corporate services? We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to support the growth and development of our Marine & Aviation business, driving strategic initiatives while ensuring exceptional client service. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, contribute to market expansion, and play a key role in both business development and operational activities. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and professional networks, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the development and execution of marketing and business development strategies. You will conduct industry and market research, support the implementation and optimisation of client structures, and liaise with internal departments to ensure the efficient onboarding and servicing of clients. You will also represent the business at conferences, industry events, and international meetings, helping to promote services, develop new markets, and strengthen referral networks across jurisdictions. We’re looking for someone with experience in corporate services, business development, or a related professional services environment, along with strong communication, relationship-building, and commercial skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders while navigating complex business and regulatory environments. Knowledge of VAT, maritime or aviation structures would be considered an asset, as would foreign language skills.
