Job Description : Our Client, a leading technology solutions provider in Malta, is seeking a motivated System Support Analyst to join its Customer Support team. The successful candidate will support clients with their IT and communication technology requirements, ensuring timely issue resolution while assisting with the configuration, testing and ongoing lifecycle of Business Process Management (BPM), workflow and database solutions. This role is particularly suited to a technically minded and client-focused professional who enjoys combining IT support, business analysis, process optimisation and customer interaction. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day technical support to clients, ensuring issues are appropriately managed, escalated and resolved in line with established support processes. Configure, maintain, support and upgrade customer solutions, working alongside senior technical team members. Analyse and document business and functional requirements, translating client needs into structured requirements for technical solutions. Support the testing and validation of implemented solutions, including preparation and execution of test cases, User Acceptance Testing activities and reports. Maintain accurate technical documentation and assist with data extraction, manipulation and presentation across available platforms. Build strong client relationships, provide end-user training and identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of customers’ existing processes and solutions. Requirements Requirements Ideally 1–2 years of relevant IT experience, particularly within technical support, customer solutions or related environments. Previous exposure to SQL and experience supporting, operating or delivering customer technology solutions is highly desirable. Good understanding of business processes, data models, database systems and business process automation platforms. Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand client requirements and translate them into clear technical or functional requirements. Strong customer focus, with the ability to develop positive client relationships while working independently and collaboratively within a technical team. Licenses & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computing, Information Technology or a related discipline. Relevant IT industry certifications are considered an advantage. Willingness to undertake further technical training and obtain relevant supplier or vendor certifications as required. Candidates must be eligible to obtain the required Personnel Security Clearance certificate in Malta. Due to the applicable clearance requirements, applicants must either be nationals of an EU Member State or have been residing in Malta for the past five years.
