This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to take ownership of affiliate partnerships, drive revenue growth, and play a key role within an ambitious and innovative team. Role responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential affiliate partners. Identify new affiliate opportunities to expand the company's reach and revenue streams. Monitor affiliate performance and optimise campaigns to maximise results. Negotiate commercial terms and manage partnership agreements. Analyse campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights. Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate campaigns with wider business objectives. Requirements Previous experience in Affiliate Management, Account Management, or a similar role. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaign performance. Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
