€55,000 Hybrid Working Career Progression Boston Link is currently supporting a leading professional services firm in Malta in their search for an Audit Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ACCA-qualified Auditor looking to take the next step in their career within a dynamic and client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead audit engagements from planning through to finalisation Provide technical guidance to audit teams and clients Identify engagement risks and improve audit efficiencies Manage budgets, timelines and overall engagement delivery Coach, mentor and develop junior team members Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements Apply strong knowledge of IFRS and International Standards on Auditing Requirements: ACCA Qualified Strong audit experience, ideally at Manager level In-depth knowledge of IFRS and International Standards on Auditing Strong leadership and people-management skills Excellent communication and organisational abilities Maltese language skills would be highly desirable What's on offer: Salary up to €55,000 - negotiable depending on experience Hybrid working Career progression and professional development Opportunity to work with a broad range of clients and engagements Boston Link
