You will: Take ownership of backend architecture and technical decisions, ensuring solutions remain scalable, reliable, and aligned with evolving business needs. Lead by example through hands-on Backend development, setting high engineering standards and promoting best practices across the team. Support Backend engineers in overcoming complex technical challenges, sharing expertise, and building the skills needed to progress in their careers. Work closely with product, DevOps, and other engineering teams to align priorities, streamline development processes, and deliver high-quality software. Contribute to building a high-performing Backend engineering team by identifying talent, supporting onboarding, and creating an environment where developers can thrive.
