Job Title: Building Fabric Tradesperson Job Location: Malta Job Description We are seeking a skilled and reliable Building Fabric Tradesperson to join our maintenance and facilities team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of building fabric maintenance, repair, and installation tasks to ensure facilities are maintained to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Perform basic plumbing maintenance and repair works. Carry out general electrical maintenance and minor repair tasks. Install and repair gypsum board and drywall systems. Conduct painting and decorating works as required. Install, repair, and maintain windows, doors, locks, hinges, and associated hardware. Carry out tile repairs and replacement works. Repair and maintain skirting boards and other finishing elements. Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks across buildings and facilities. Identify maintenance issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition. Requirements Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar Building Fabric Maintenance, Facilities Maintenance, or Building Services role. Good command of the English language. Practical knowledge of building maintenance and repair works. Strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Good understanding of workplace health and safety practices. Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Team-oriented with a professional, honest, and mature attitude.
