Responsibilities Analyse and refine existing processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities. Design streamlined workflows that align with business objectives and boost performance. Standardise processes and encourage adoption of best practices across teams. Assess current and potential technology solutions to drive automation and efficiency. Translate business needs into effective, scalable technology solutions. Oversee the integration of applications and systems to create a cohesive digital ecosystem. Lead process improvement initiatives and ensure seamless adoption of new systems. Develop engaging training programs, workshops, and communication strategies. Partner with vendors to align solutions with business needs. Manage relationships, contracts, and service agreements to maximise value. Manage complex projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Actively contribute to requirements gathering, customisation, and hands-on implementation. Requirements Strong expertise in process analysis, workflow automation, and technology integration. Solid understanding of business functions such as sales, finance, and operations. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to design effective solutions. Experience with HTML basics, WordPress, CRM, or marketing automation tools is a plus. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or related field. 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Application Analyst or similar role.
