Good Earth Ltd is expanding its catering sales team and is looking for a dynamic Catering Sales Representative to join us on a full-time basis. Your role: As Catering Sales Representative, you will: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients within the HORECA sector Promote our range of premium brands and offer tailored promotional solutions Consistently meet sales targets by identifying business growth opportunities Ensure a smooth ordering process with timely follow-ups on deliveries Negotiate and manage client contract requirements with professionalism Ensure timely payment collections in line with contract terms Provide valuable market insights to management on trends and competitive activity What we're looking for: Outdoor sales experience; HORECA sector experience is a plus Fluency in English and Maltese Clean driving licence Warm, friendly approach with a focus on creating positive client experiences Creative, hands-on style with strong negotiation skills Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
