The COO will form part of the Executive team and will oversee global operations and lead strategic operational initiatives across Tech, technical compliance, process automation and client advisory. The COO role will integrate AI driven solutions into operational workflows and serve as a strategic operational advisor to clients leveraging our PAM platform. Technical Compliance ● Regulatory oversight: Tracking all the compliance technical standards across key regulatory jurisdictions for UKGC and MGA. ● Distilling complex licensing requirements into actionable technology specifications for operational development needs. ● Working with compliance team, tech team, General Counsel to verify ongoing organizational compliance. ● Working with the development team to review all projects to identify compliance risks, ensure compliance considered where required. ● Working with development and ops teams to ensure good IT security which meets licensing requirements. ● Leading annual information security audits for UKGC and MGA licenses and other regional licenses, ensuring robust IT security frameworks meet stringent regulatory requirements. AI Enablement and Process Automation ● Identify opportunities to embed AI tools and workflows into daily operations to optimize efficiency ● Work alongside technical teams to develop automated systems and workflows that ensure compliance and reduce manual intervention ● Streamline operational processes across departments to allow the business move faster Client Engagement & PAM Advisory ● Act as a trusted advisor to operator clients, guiding them on how to optimize our PAM platform, modular features and integrated services. ● Work with clients to explain our suite of services, how WHT can support managing player lifecycle. ● Help clients optimize their platform setup, processes and player journey. ● Work with key stakeholders including Product, Delivery and Tech to ensure the platform continually evolves in line with client needs. ● Work closely with the CEO and Executive team on strategic planning and business development initiatives. Key Requirements ● Experience working at Executive level within a PAM B2B business is essential ● Proven track record in executive operations, in particular a COO position within iGaming ● Technical compliance knowledge, deep understanding of technical compliance standards for major jurisdictions especially the US. ● Experience leading information security audits under SOC and ISO 270001 ● Proven experience managing senior client relationships and providing strategic advisory services. ● Deep understanding of Player Account Management architectures ● Proven ability to implement AI technologies, process automation and operational environments. ● Excellent stakeholder management with strong executive presence and ability to influence at C-level. ● Demonstrated success advising B2B clients on platform integration and operational strategies. ● This role is based full time, 5 days per week in our Mosta office.
