Job Description

Our client is looking to recruit a Clinical Partnerships & Patient Experience Lead to join their growing team. Reporting to the CEO and COO, the chosen candidate will: Build and nurture professional relationships with GPs, specialists, allied health professionals, and community organisations Develop referral pathways and position Honest as a trusted clinical partner Spend significant time in the field engaging stakeholders across Malta's healthcare ecosystem Lead the transformation of the patient experience from transactional to holistic Design patient journeys that integrate pharmacy expertise, medication counselling, lifestyle advice, and follow-up care Identify opportunities for new clinics and services based on patient demand, healthcare gaps, and market trends Own end-to-end development of new services - from concept through to launch Define service models, engage clinicians, and collaborate cross-functionally Develop and deliver therapy-area training for pharmacy and clinic teams Empower teams to contribute actively to patient care beyond dispensing Plan and execute workshops, seminars, and patient education events Organise clinician-led talks, open Q&A sessions, and peer learning initiatives Support the launch of new clinical services and specialties Build awareness among referrers and ensure seamless patient journeys Develop partnerships with employers, schools, care homes, and community organisations Expand access to preventive health and wellness services Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, service launches, and patient education content Ensure clinical services are communicated accurately and authentically Requirements Passionate about improving patient experience and delivering patient-centred care Natural relationship builder, comfortable engaging with clinicians, partners, and patients Entrepreneurial and self-driven, with the ability to identify and act on opportunities Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously Excellent communicator - written, verbal, and interpersonal Education and Experience Strong proven background in healthcare with a solid understanding of Malta's medical landscape (pharmacy, nursing, allied health, health management, or commercial clinical roles) Existing network within Malta's healthcare community is an advantage Must be based in Malta Benefits Car cash allowance Phone allowance Job Reference: YL701 Category Health & Fitness Job type Full Time Employment level Middle Management Work Location On Premises Employer industry Healthcare Languages English Health & Fitness Jobs in Malta relate to the provision of health and fitness-related services.
