Compliance Officer & MLRO – Flexibility Hybrid setting and flexible hours Take ownership in a high-impact role High-energy financial environment Join a well-established and highly respected player in the dynamic trading industry, with close to 15 years of international market experience, now expanding into Malta and offering you the chance to become part of the founding team and directly contribute to shaping and building the new office from the ground up. You will be entrusted with a central role within the compliance function, working directly with the CEO and Risk Officer, ensuring strong exposure to senior decision-making and high visibility across the organisation in a fast-paced and growth-driven environment. This position places you on a strong trajectory towards Head of Compliance as the team scales, allowing you to work closely with top leadership, take ownership of key compliance priorities, and actively contribute to the firm’s continued success and expansion. You will: Be in charge of the Regulatory Compliance tasks Perform compliance audits and AML screenings. Be the point of contact with the MFSA. Skills / Experience: +5 years of experience in a similar role in an investment company Experience with regulations: MiFID II, MFSA, FIAU Be PQd by MFSA (a plus) or be experienced to be PQd.
