As a Corporate and Commercial Lawyer, you will support internal operations and client engagements, working closely with senior management, compliance officers, and external legal advisors. Your role includes advising on corporate structures, transactions, M&A, and commercial agreements, while delivering tailored legal solutions aligned with client business goals. The ideal candidate must be warranted to practice law in Malta, minimum of 8 years' experience in corporate and civil law and must be familiar with data protection regulations and intellectual property law.
