Corporate & Yachting Executive (Hybrid)

Job DescriptionOur client is a group of companies within the corporate services field, providing financial, management and legal advisory services. They are currently seeking to recruit a Corporate & Yachting Executive to join their team.Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of corporate/yachting clients.
• Liaising with clients, client representatives and advisors.
• Assisting with yacht sale/purchase transactions.
• Liaising with the Malta Business Registry, Transport Malta and other authorities or agencies.
• Handling the registration of yachts under the Malta flag.
• Conducting KYC and due diligence processes.
• Assisting in day-to-day corporate tasks.
• Ensuring compliance of client portfolios with the applicable laws.
• Opening of bank accounts and managing communication with banks.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in similar roles within a CSP.
• A relevant academic qualification, particularly a law degree or background, shall be considered an asset.
• Having adequate knowledge of AML/CFT laws and regulations.
• Excellent IT proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• A good command of English.

Additional Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate externally and internally at all levels.
• A good command of Italian, Spanish and/or French shall be considered an asset.
