Job Description

An established international logistics provider in Malta is seeking a full-time Credit Controller to join its Finance team, reporting directly to the Finance Manager and playing a key role in ensuring timely customer payments and effective credit risk management.The role involves proactively following up on outstanding balances in line with agreed credit terms, communicating professionally with customers to resolve payment and account queries, performing account reconciliations, maintaining accurate credit records, monitoring debtor performance against KPIs, preparing aged receivables reports, and supporting month-end receivables and reporting while working closely with Finance and Sales to improve cash flow.The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal English communication skills (with Maltese considered an asset), a confident and professional telephone manner, solid Microsoft Office skills—particularly Excel—excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities, and a basic understanding of accounting principles; formal accounting qualifications are an advantage.The company offers a competitive salary with quarterly bonuses, group health insurance, full work equipment, structured onboarding, continuous learning and international training opportunities, clear career progression within a global organisation, additional leave based on length of service, and wellbeing initiatives with long-service recognition.To apply please send your CV to Iza.Krajewska@reed.com or call 9932 8034.
