Job Description

We support a regulated European Bank specialising in cutting-edge industries like technology and digital advertising.We are looking for a Credit Monitoring Specialist to join the Credit & Operations team. It is a key role in supporting the Credit Department's administrative and operational functions related to the Bank's lending portfolio.This entry-level position ensures accurate credit documentation, system data integrity, and timely client follow-up, contributing to the efficient and effective management of the credit process.Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation, processing, and administration of credit files in line with Bank procedures.
• Accurately input and update client and facility data in internal systems.
• Follow up with stakeholders and clients to obtain outstanding documentation or clarifications.
• Assist in tracking credit approvals, expiries, renewals, and monitoring conditions.
• Conduct basic checks to ensure documentation is complete and consistent.
• Prepare draft reports and summaries as guided by senior team members.
• Monitor action items and escalate overdue matters when required.
• Maintain organized filing in compliance with Bank and regulatory standards.
• Provide general administrative support to the Credit Department as needed.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable, with the ability to handle repetitive tasks accurately.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with discretion in handling confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and eager to learn in a structured environment.

Education and Experience

• A diploma-level qualification in Banking, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates in the process of obtaining such a qualification will also be considered.
• Previous experience in a similar administrative or banking support role would be considered an asset but is not essential.
