We are seeking a proactive and communicative, Client Relationship Officer to join an established international educational institution in Malta. This role is designed for an individual who excels at building professional relationships and is passionate about guiding learners through their educational journeys to achieve career growth. Core Responsibilities: The successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle of student engagement, from initial inquiry to ongoing academic support: Prospective Student Engagement: Contact individuals from an existing database to provide information on new courses and career pathways. Consultative Sales: Conduct sales meetings with local and international candidates to understand their goals and recommend suitable study options. Enrolment Management: Lead applicants through the enrolment process with clarity and ensure all administrative records are accurately updated in the CRM and learning management systems. Student & Faculty Support: Assist current learners with academic challenges and coordinate logistical needs, including timetabling and tutor support. Operations & Events: Contribute to the coordination of physical workshops and events, and maintain institutional compliance through diligent record-keeping and reporting. Communication: Manage inquiries via phone, email, and both online and in-person meetings. Requirements A confident and warm communicator with a highly professional approach. Strong organizational skills with a proactive mindset to handle diverse administrative and support tasks. A genuine interest in education, personal development, and helping others make significant life decisions. Previous studies in Business, Management, or a related field are considered an asset. Ability to contribute effectively to a team environment focused on reaching enrolment and progression targets.
