Director of Financial Advisory

Job Description

One of Malta’s leading professional services firms is seeking a Director of Financial Advisory to join its growing advisory practice. In this role, you will lead a range of corporate finance and advisory engagements, including company valuations, financial due diligence assignments, IFRS reporting, and feasibility studies, while providing technical guidance and strategic direction to clients and the wider team. You will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing team members, managing client relationships, driving business development initiatives, and contributing to the continued growth and profitability of the advisory practice. Candidates must be ACCA qualified (or equivalent) and bring 10+ years of relevant experience within corporate finance, transaction advisory, or financial advisory services.
