Industry: Pharmaceutical Location: Malta Basis: Full time Remuneration: Salary Main Duties: Supervise, motivate, and support engineering and maintenance staff daily Plan, coordinate, and supervise all maintenance and repair activities for plant premises, utilities, and equipment Write, execute, and approve preventive maintenance instructions and schedules Write and approve calibration instructions and review equipment qualification documents Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment alongside suppliers and departments Ensure strict adherence to EU GMP standards, local regulations, and corporate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Manage the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) function, including hazardous waste disposal systems Oversee procurement and inventory management for spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials Act as the site IT trainer and coordinate with the sub-contracted IT services provider Manage external maintenance contractual services and issue technical agreements Identify training needs, deliver technical training, and maintain secure engineering records What skills do you need? An Undergraduate degree in Engineering required Minimum of five years of experience working as an Engineer and Project Manager in a manufacturing company Eligibility to work in the EU is a must Want to see more jobs?
