We’re hiring Pets Veterinary Clinic, Żabbar is looking for a full-time Veterinary Nurse. Our surgical and orthopaedic caseload has grown, and we need another nurse to work alongside nurses Rebekkah and Nathan. This role is suitable either for newly qualified nurses who want a career in surgical nursing, or experienced surgical / anaesthetic nurses. CPD, mentoring and training will be provided at every level. You’ll work with Dr Kevin Camilleri, advanced practitioner in general and small animal orthopaedic surgery, on first-opinion cases, dentistry, soft-tissue surgery and advanced orthopaedics. The Role 🩺 Anaesthesia monitoring and theatre support ️ Instrument prep and aseptic technique Patient prep, recovery and inpatient care Diagnostics, lab work and consults Nurse clinics and client aftercare What we offer Salary of up to €30,000 a year, depending on qualifications and experience Mentoring, inclusion and CPD in anaesthesia and surgical nursing ️ Weekday hours, no night shifts Saturday by appointment, Sunday closed Own transport is essential.
