Financial Reporting & Control Officer

About the role

Prepare statutory financial reports in line with IFRS
Coordinate financial statement preparation, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness
Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and analysis
Collaborate with actuarial teams to incorporate technical inputs
Manage tax calculations and submissions
Support audits and liaise with external auditors
Maintain and enhance internal control frameworks
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and substantiation
Support governance committees and reporting processes
Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements

About You

Degree in Finance/Accounting or pursuing a professional qualification (e.g. ACCA)
Experience in financial reporting and control (insurance is an advantage)
Knowledge of IFRS (IFRS 17 is a strong plus)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Good Excel and reporting skills
