Foreman Carpenter

Job Description

One of our leading clients in furniture, are looking for an experienced Foreman Carpenter to lead a team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining safe and efficient work practices on-site. Duties include but are not limited to: Lead and supervise a team of carpenters and assistants; Read, interpret, and implement project blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications; Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure project deadlines are met; Inspect and verify the quality of work, ensuring compliance with project standards; Oversee the proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials; Coordinate with site managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow; Enforce health and safety standards to maintain a safe working environment; Provide training, guidance, and support to team members as required.
